Appointment Structure

First Appointment

Every counseling and coaching relationship begins with a structured 90-minute Zoom assessment. This is an opportunity for you and Andrew to meet, determine if you click, and would work well together.

Subsequent Appointments

All additional conversations consist of a 70-minute meeting. This timeframe accounts for ten intentional minutes at the end to pray and wrap up the conversation with action steps. These meetings can happen via Zoom, phone, in-person at Andrew’s home office, or even while taking a walk together. The frequency of these appointments is at your discretion, as the ultimate goal of Living Leadership is to give you the tools to independently thrive as a fully integrated leader.

Pricing

Living Leadership uses a service-based pricing format. Just as you’re unique, so will be your counseling and coaching experience.

  • Executive Coaching

    Proactive work to help executives lead wisely and productively for the long-term with their faith, impact, passion, and relationships intact.

    First Appointment: $200.00

    Subsequent Appointments: $400.00

  • Pastor Care

    Proactive work to help ministry leaders serve long-term with their faith, impact, joy, and relationships intact.

    First Appointment: $45.00

    Subsequent Appointments: $90.00

  • Marriage Counseling, Pre-Marital Counseling, & Couples Therapy

    Focused interpersonal and relationship care for marriages and engaged couples. This also includes niche support for stressors connected to marriage and leadership.

    First Appointment: $90.00

    Subsequent Appointments: $90.00

  • Pastoral Counseling

    Trusted support for pastors, leaders and non-leaders who are facing destructive behaviors, mental health concerns, turmoil, grief, death preparation, anger at God, unbelief, questioning purpose, and/or making meaning of your past, and more.

    First Appointment: $90.00

    Subsequent Appointments: $90.00
